Greg started his career in law enforcement in 2001. He worked as a police officer for 9 years before suffering a career-ending back injury, which required a fusion of the last four vertebrae of his lumbar spine. Greg was medically retired in 2010 from the Newport Beach Police Department.

Greg’s experience with his own career-ending injury motivates him to help both current and future police officers avoid the potential health pitfalls associated with the job. He is dedicated to helping others understand the importance of fitness for general health and career longevity. Greg accomplishes this with instruction on proper exercise mechanics and daily functional movement patterns, as well as development of one’s own body knowledge.
