These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the S2 Performance Training website and your participation in our in-person classes and training programs. By using our site or attending a class, you're agreeing to these Terms.

Our Services

S2 Performance Training provides fitness training, oral interview coaching, background investigation guidance, and academy preparation for people pursuing law enforcement careers. Our programs are designed to help you prepare — they are training and coaching services, not a guarantee of any particular outcome.

Class Policies & Attendance

Class schedules, locations, and pricing are posted on our website and are subject to change. We'll do our best to communicate any changes as early as possible. Please arrive on time and dressed appropriately for physical training, and bring any note-taking materials mentioned for classroom sessions.

Assumption of Risk

Physical fitness training carries an inherent risk of injury. By participating in any S2 Performance Training class or session, you acknowledge and accept that risk. You are responsible for consulting a physician before beginning any new fitness program and for knowing your own physical limits during training.

No Guarantee of Employment or Academy Success

S2 Performance Training helps you prepare for the law enforcement hiring process, academy, and related evaluations — but we do not control hiring decisions, academy admissions, or any outcome of the process. Nothing in our program is a guarantee that you will be hired, admitted, or successful in any specific agency's process.

Payments & Refunds

Payment for in-person classes is due as described at the time of registration. If we introduce online courses or other paid digital content in the future, separate payment and refund terms will apply and will be clearly presented at the time of purchase.

Website Use & Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, photos, and our logo — belongs to S2 Performance Training and may not be copied or used without our permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, S2 Performance Training is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or participation in our programs.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, especially as we add new services like online courses. We'll update the date at the top of this page whenever we do.
